I have worked with Jason of Lot C Architecture many times and often refer new clients to him because he consistently designs a beautiful and functional home. His vision for designing with a contemporary twist on Tahoe luxury homes is amazing to watch and his clients are always impressed. Jason has a talent for listening to what the homeowner wants and getting that into the home design. As a builder of many of Jason's designs, I highly recommend him.

Commented: Height?That ceiling if over 12' high. Portions of the ceiling are dropped to hide duct work for the HVAC.

Commented: does the tv pull out for viewing to the full room?Yes, the TV is mounted on an arm, but it's surprisingly viewable even without pulling it out.

Commented: Where can I purchase stove hoods like this one?Actually, this hood is custom fabricated by a local steel fabricator (there's a generic hood behind this metal veneer).
